They allowed me to purchase a Mirage over the phone. - cathyshredder

They allowed me to purchase a Mirage over the phone. The deal was amazing and I was happy to come from Toronto to collect my car. Everything was done and ready when I arrived and there were no mystery fees attached to the sale. I would buy there again in a minute if Mitsubishi had anything worth buying now.

If you value your time, money and sanity stay away from this place.....I can't even begin to explain.

I bought my Mirage there in January 14th 2025. - Very Satisfied

I bought my Mirage there in January 14th 2025. The sales staff and manager were fantastic and very helpful with my decision on purchasing my Mirage. I am a senior and I appreciate honesty and integrity. They bent over backwards for me with information and providing me with all of the important features of the car and explained all details of such. They certainly were right about the great gas mileage. The car does for me everything that I need it for. Thank you staff and manager.

I have been going to this dealership when it was a Suzuki - Auibashir

I have been going to this dealership when it was a Suzuki dealership. I always received excellent service. My son bought his cars from here and I bought 2015 Mustibishi RVR with Jimmy's recommendation. Jimmy and Sean were a great team. Since the new owner took over there has been a constant turnover of Service Managers, but the mechanics are good as my car is running smoothly.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated with Barrie - AMANDAPETRACSEK

Extremely disappointed and frustrated with Barrie Mitsubishi. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership on May 2, 2026, and was advised by Sales Representative Brett Carter and Sales Manager Patrick Gowan that the vehicle would be safety certified and that required service work would be completed prior to delivery. This work was agreed upon as part of the purchase price. I was specifically advised that the rear brake discs and pads needed to be replaced and that this work would be completed because the vehicle could not be sold without it. After taking delivery of the vehicle on May 8, 2026, and driving only approximately 1,000 km, I discovered that the rear brakes and rotors were worn down to the point of requiring replacement. This is extremely concerning and does not align with what was represented to me at the time of purchase. Brake pads and rotors should not go from being newly serviced to requiring replacement after such minimal use. During a phone conversation with Brett Carter on May 6, 2026, I was advised that the rear brakes would be completed prior to my vehicle pickup. This conversation occurred after the MTO safety inspection had already been completed, which indicates the brake service being discussed was separate from the safety certification and was part of the work promised prior to delivery. When I brought this concern forward, Barrie Mitsubishi refused to take responsibility and instead relied on a "36-day policy," leaving me feeling that the responsibility was being placed on me as the customer rather than addressing the concern that the vehicle was sold based on service work represented as completed. I requested the complete service documentation, including the repair order/work order, parts invoice, labour details, and confirmation of the rear brake replacement. I also requested the safety certification documentation, including the inspection records, brake measurements, and photos that Barrie Mitsubishi advised are required as part of the MTO electronic certification process. The response from ROB RUSSO about the bakes being "wear and tare" after 1000km to that extent is unacceptable as a dealership. They hide behind false paperwork. A dealership should stand behind the work its service department performs and the condition of the vehicles it sells. Unfortunately, my experience has been that once the sale was completed, the level of customer support and accountability changed significantly. I am now pursuing this matter further due to my concerns regarding the service work represented as completed and the dealership’s refusal to properly address the situation. I would strongly caution anyone purchasing a used vehicle from Barrie Mitsubishi to independently verify all repairs and service items before accepting delivery. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and based on how this situation has been handled, I would not recommend this dealership. Do yourself a favour and go to any other dealership in Barrie.

They totally under estimated my trade in's value on my - thebreeber

They totally under estimated my trade in's value on my current vehicle. They also sent me a teenager to try and sell me on it. He even had a desk! Anyone can google anything these days. I don't understand why these places think they can get away with that. They also were unaccommodating when I asked for different tires, said they can't do that. Give me a tire wrench, I will do it myself!!

At first, everything went great. - Arby

At first, everything went great. From the time I bought my 2025 Outlander GT to the time I picked it up, the salesman "Left for months". I guess that's a perfect excuse for the rest of Erin Mills Mitsubishi to right me off. Paid cash for it and that's the last day anybody there wanted anything to do with me. Everybody you ask for on the phone isn't there. Emails are ignored. Called head office to see what's what and they're just as bad. Websites are shut down. Mitsubishi connect is useless in Canada. Suppose to be one year while Americans Enjoy 2 free years. Second year connect offers 30% off if you have a code. LOL good luck. I have never seen an attitude worse than Mitsubishi. They're motto seems to be .... " We have your money now get lost and don't bother us ". They brag about an Extra long warranty but it might as well be a hundred years. There's nobody there to answer the phones.

Violated would be the word to use for how i felt after my... - thor.asgar.son

Violated would be the word to use for how i felt after my purchase. The salesman lied straight to my face on more than one occasion.

We recently required work that was covered under our 10 - wilkinson_matt

We recently required work that was covered under our 10 year PowerTrain warranty. We received a quote from the dealership that was very expensive so we chose to take it elsewhere to have the work done. Later we learned that the work was covered under our warranty. When we contacted the dealership as to why they didn't inform us of this when we first brought it to them and asked for reimbursement on the work that we had to pay out of pocket for, they refused. We have contacted Mitsubishi Canada and they said it was a dealership problem. Service technicians should have knowledge of the cars and warranties they are working with and if they don't know that work is covered by a warranty, and a customer pays, then they've made a mistake that they need to make right. The customer service with this issue has been completely disappointing and this has cost Mitsubishi more than the reimbursement would have. They have lost a future customer.

Recommend anyone thinking about purchasing a new or used - kimlee

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. - moiz.hassan.mh

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Worst experience. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone I know. Started with an appointment with Sales, arrived at time but I had to wait for more than 30 minutes to meet the sales lady. Since it’s my first car and I am new to Canada, my loan application was rejected (which is something I understand) so they asked for a co-signer, and even though it is not easy to find a co-signer when you’re a newcomer, I managed to find one. However, when I sent my co-signer documents to the sales lady, she just kept on telling me that since your application was refused previously she can’t start the application again without the approval of (Michael). I don’t who is this Michael, but this doesn’t make any sense from a customer point of view. What’s more, the lack of customer service experience these people have is something I have never seem before. Customer’s satisfaction is not something they are investing in. I wanted an Outlander so badly, and will try to find it in any other Mitsubishi dealership, but if they are the only dealership having stock now, I would rather change to any other vehicle than trying to deal with them again.

Mitsubishi Motors advertising presents an Eclipse Cross - Elwira Oliwa

Mitsubishi Motors advertising presents an Eclipse Cross at an advertised price of $34,438 at Motorcity Mitsubushi in Whitby and depicts/describes a vehicle that appears to be the GT. However, when I attempted to obtain the vehicle represented in the advertisement at the advertised price, there was no acknowledgement that this is a serious error and they claim just a third party software mishap. This is not simply a matter of a consumer misunderstanding a price. The advertisement creates a reasonable impression that a particular vehicle configuration is available for the advertised price when, in fact, it is not. The distinction between the advertised vehicle and the vehicle to which the lower price actually applies is material and directly affects the consumer's purchasing decision.

Would not recommend Great sale service after service - viscus-fibril.0j

Would not recommend Great sale service after service terrible very hard to get anything fixed under new car warranty. Oh this is considered normal etc. on older rvr like to claim, things are done, but not done like to put oil on parts and claim parts are failing when they are not, I would stay away from the service department they charge you money to reset the oil light which they should’ve done when they change the oil as well when I had to complain it wasn’t reset
