I bought a 2026 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross GT in Kanata. I was extremely pleased with Mr. Eshwar Gowda, my sales and Finance Consultant and the whole team who help me understand all the documentation. I went with my sister and I was able to try a RVR and Eclipse. I choose the Eclipse Cross GT with more feature. We strongly recommend to visit and choose Mitsubishi in Kanata. I had an Outlander PHEV 2023 previously and it was time for me to find a smaller version of the Outlander. The people who work in the service department gave me excellent service and helpful. On the day of appointment, the advisor took time to discuss what I need, and we agreed on the scope of work. Within few minutes, my car was taken to a test drive by a mechanic to diagnose an issue which I had asked them to look at in additional to the oil change. I had a flat tire saturday night, and installed the spare tire. Canadian Tire or Daks could not repair the lateral puncture. A new one was required, but they were both out of stock, with a likely delivery ar tire. Canadian Tire or Daks could not repair the lateral puncture. A new one was required, but they were both out of stock, with a likely delivery around Tuesday or later. Contacted Donnelly at 7:00 am Monday to a busy line. At 9:00 am, the attendant asked me to come in to check the tire before ordering a tire, which he did. He graciously offered a Uber while the new tire was ordered and delivered. I was happy to pick up my car at 3:00Pm that same day. The price was comparable to the competition and the attendant looked after all my needs. Happy camper, even if it took close to two days to install a new tire. More
