We recently purchased a new 2025 Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve from Islington Chrysler and traded in our 2018 Summit. From the start of the negotiations to the final signing, the process could not have gone better. We dealt with Moh at the dealership and Moh was really great to deal with. He was responsive, provided fair market value for our trade in and worked out a deal that made everyone happy. Even the day we went to the dealership to do the final paperwork and trade-in, the team there was very professional and Moh was kind enough to do the initial set up of all the onboard systems in the vehicle and get us on the road. We were impressed by how easy the whole process was and there were no hidden costs or gimmicks thrown in at the last minute. Everything was straight forward and made things so much easier for the purchase. Would highly recommend Moh and the team at Islington Chrysler.

The service dept saved me right before the Labour Day weekend! I had a work trip where I was leaving town for 2 weeks, and I noticed smoke coming out from under my hood. Turned out the transmission cooler line failed . Not only did they get me in right away, they did all the legwork for the warranty claim, and made sure I was comfortable and kept up to date while waiting . If I could give them more than 5 stars - I would! Thank you!!!

Worst ever service centre for Jeep. - balothia

Worst ever service centre for Jeep. When I booked my service I did mention my requirement of loaner vehicle and person who booked appointment confirmed I will get the loaner vehicle. But on service day it was denied. And extra service is because of there mistake. My car's battery was draining and the Johnston Chrysler said its battery issue get it replaced. I got it replaced and paid for it. Just after 2months my car was standing idle for 3 days and battery drained again. They didnt do their job properly. I wont go there again!!

Be extremely careful when dealing with this dealership and read every piece of paperwork before signing anything. The only positive part of my experience was the salesman, James. He was a genuinely good person, very helpful, and keen on answering all of my queries. Unfortunately, he was the only good person on their entire team. When I went in to get a credit check for a pre-approval, the rest of the management and finance team tried to pressure me into putting down a $2,000 deposit, which I refused. They immediately dropped it to a $1,000 deposit and assured me it was completely refundable. Even worse, they brought out full purchase paperwork to sign just to run a basic credit check, trying to lock me into a deal before I even knew my financing options. Do not sign anything blindly here. When I ultimately decided to refuse the deal, their entire attitude changed. They became incredibly rude, unprofessional, and highly unethical. Getting my "refundable" deposit back was a nightmare—I had to call them multiple times just to get my money returned. James deserves a better place to work, but as for the dealership itself, avoid this place and watch out for their aggressive, deceitful tactics.

Extremely disappointing experience. This dealership sold me a “fully safety certified” vehicle that was later found to have multiple cracked rims—4 cracks on one rim and 3 on another—with clear signs that someone had attempted to cover or repair the damage. This is not a minor issue; it is a serious safety concern that should never have passed certification. The rims were serviced as part of the sale and this would have been discovered then by the dealer. The car was stored over winter and driven less than 1,000 km before the problem was discovered, making it very clear these defects existed before the sale. Selling a vehicle in this condition while representing it as safety certified is unacceptable and dishonest. Buyers should be extremely cautious and have any vehicle independently inspected before trusting this dealership’s representatives.

Very good buying experience! It was a pleasure working with Anni, Mark and Matt. All my questions answered, offered different options and price points and provided competitive pricing. The vehicle has been in now for a few scheduled services and Ignatia and the service team have provided very good service. They have been accommodating for appointments and accurate on length of time and cost of service visit. I would highly recommend this dealership based on my experience.

Don't go to service dept they will scam you for lots of money on parts and labor. Was loyal customer and instead of discounts they overprice everything and very disappointing for many years stay away. The Service Manager has terrible customer service skills and is mister know it all but lacks experience.

Buyer beware! Find another dealer! Dont do it! After they take your money and trade ownership all communication stops. Sales ignores you. Business managers ignore you. After multiple phone calls, emails and texts going up the chain to the business manager, you might get exactly what you started with. Your money and your car back. Please don't waste your time here like I did.

My new caravan was under warranty. The battery died. I bought the last battery off them before it was gone. Otherswise it would be 4 weeks for a new one to come in they said.. I asked them to install it then get.my money back. They said it would be next week before they could install it. I had my mechanic install the new battery. I needed my van Now they wont warranty it cause they said they didn't install it. They left me in a no win situation.

They installed new battery in my wife's jeep. Charged $371 for the battery and $223.50 labour. With taxes $671.00 to get a new battery. Wont be back.

Excellent dealership with excellent customer service. Went in for a problem that Raceway Chrysler could not fix and they totally took control of the situation and rectified the problem. Their customer service is impeccable; within five minutes they provided me either a loaner vehicle, diagnosed the problem and called me by name. They provided me with an experience that Raceway could not, and their auto mechanics are extremely well versed in the vehicle and are able to provide any Fiat owner with the security that a professional is working on their vehicle.

I needed to get power steering fluid on my lunch, and popped into the dealer to pick some up. I stood at the parts counter while the parts guy walked past me 3 times without acknowledging my presence at the desk. I left and made my purchase at another dealer. How hard would it have been to ask what I needed? I gave them a single star rating as there is no negative option.
