Be extremely careful when dealing with this dealership and read every piece of paperwork before signing anything. The only positive part of my experience was the salesman, James. He was a genuinely good person, very helpful, and keen on answering all of my queries. Unfortunately, he was the only good person on their entire team. When I went in to get a credit check for a pre-approval, the rest of the management and finance team tried to pressure me into putting down a $2,000 deposit, which I refused. They immediately dropped it to a $1,000 deposit and assured me it was completely refundable. Even worse, they brought out full purchase paperwork to sign just to run a basic credit check, trying to lock me into a deal before I even knew my financing options. Do not sign anything blindly here. When I ultimately decided to refuse the deal, their entire attitude changed. They became incredibly rude, unprofessional, and highly unethical. Getting my "refundable" deposit back was a nightmare—I had to call them multiple times just to get my money returned. James deserves a better place to work, but as for the dealership itself, avoid this place and watch out for their aggressive, deceitful tactics. More

I sat with the salesperson and he explained to me all my options (Financing etc). This was a huge decision and I wanted to feel good about my purchase, that's when Khaled (I assume sales manager?) stepped in, and made me feel at ease with this decision, went through the paperwork with me line-by-line and by the end of it I was feeling extremely comfortable.
