We knew that we wanted a replacement for our beloved 2011 RAV4. Carter helped us to order what we wanted with no 'upselling' pressure. He has looked after of needs from the initial order through to the progress through the Toyota production process and the excitement of final delivery. We have called upon him when we haven't fully understood the workings of the vehicle and he has cheerfully guided us. One month and 2000 km later I am appreciating this new RAV4 more each time that I drive it. The Hybrid system is delivering both in fuel economy and drivability. This is a perfectly sized vehicle for us as a retired couple at a price point that is affordable. The seat height is perfect for us for entering and leaving the vehicle. An important consideration as we don't bend so well any more. We are fully satisfied with the way McPhillips Toyota has taken care of our needs. Thank you.

Autotown has moved to Oak Bluff.... do NOT deal with this company. We had a set date/time to test drive, confirmed with email. We drove 1 1/2hrs to test drive and no one was there. We called/emailed ... waited for an hour and no response all weekend. Finally texts back two days later saying come test drive. Asked for him to meet half way for our troubles... response: move on! 😡 If the sales is a crappy as this, im sure the products are not far behind!! DO NOT DEAL HERE!!

Dishonest and nontransparent. I made a $500 deposit on a vehicle that I ended up not buying and they didn't refund me. Their salesman Noah never explained anything about the implications of making a deposit or that by making it over the phone, I could not obtain a written terms and conditions over it. Their finance team quoted me a loan amount and repayment amount biweekly that included a warranty. They never gave me a financing option without a warranty and only explained after the fact that a warranty was optional. This is totally unprofessional in my opinion. I will never go close to this dealership again.

Went there a couple of months ago..... Complete waste of time. I saw a vehicle that I liked on the website. Went there to check it out. Got to talk with Arlin (he was very rude by the way). Talked to their sales guy, then we found out the vehicle that I wanted was from Crown Nissan. So the sales guy showed me other vehicles from their inventory but I did not like them. So they said they will find a way to get the car that I wanted from Crown Nissan. After 2 hours of waiting at Automax sales guy said he will just give me a call asap so see how things worked out. So I waited 3 days no call... decided to call him and he said he still has no news regarding the car I wanted but he said he will call me back the next day. 2 days passed no call... i called him back maybe twice a week for 2 weeks but all I get is his answering machine. I left several messages asking him to call me back. At 3rd week my wife stopped me from calling them. It felt like I was waiting for a job interview or something... frankly they made me look like a fool or desperate. I was going to spend my money on them and this is how they treat customers?! What got me even mad was they collected all my details and got me pre approved (they did a credit inquiry).... all for nothing!!! Wasted my time visiting Automax... looked like a fool waiting for their call... wasted a credit inquiry that will now show on my credit history.

The purchase from this dealership has been a complete nightmare and still can't believe how a dealership wouldn't help a customer in distress!!! Car was purchased July 29th 2022 with extended warranty . Beginning of October car had engine noise after contact with auto Excel about noise they told us to take to garage of our choice (no recommendations )tried three garages and no one wanted to deal with Warranty company (first Canadian protection plans) Finally found a Service Garage in ile des chenes that would work with warranty. The car was diagnosed with low oil pressure and the engine was worn. Dealing with this Warranty company also has been a nightmare for the service garage and ourselves. The engine had to be finally changed out with a bill of $4131.97 The warranty that we bought had a maximum payout of $3,500 per claim but now the warranty company says that they would only cover $2,500 since the claim was within 6 months (not mentioned at the time of sale) We asked Drazen Bukvic (the general (finance)manager) multiple times to help out with the bill and he said there is nothing he could do. We got frustrated and a few choiced words were used regarding the situation . Drazen then sent us an email stating that if we contact him again he would file harassment charges. So here is a quick rundown car was purchased for $17,88 plus taxes and this so called two-year warranty for $3,965.92 with taxes . Within 90 days engine noise ,worn engine,worn bushings,etc We paid $1,631.97 to fix engine with our out of pocket money Then a week later we put in a claim for lower control arm rubber pucks both worn out within 90 days another $400 out of pocket money . How does this happen within 90 days with a safetied vehicle? First Canadian protection plan warranty looping the contract(I wonder why most service center say negative things about them ?) Not one bit of help from the dealership Auto Excell 1399 Dugald rd This whole purchase has been a nightmare ordeal. OVER $2000.00 OUT OF OUR POCKET MONEY FOR A VEHICLE THAT HAS NOT EVEN BEEN DRIVEN 3 MONTHS WITH WARRANTY ?!!! WOULD YOU BE FRUSTRATED?

Good financial options for newcomers (especially for those who are temporary residents). Just be VERY careful with them after sales, since the manager becomes, let's say, "less helpful" (he becomes very unresponsive, to say the least) if you find out some issues with your car right after buying it and you ask them to fix it - e.g. I have found 5 problems in the following days after the purchase, but they only fixed one (a punctured tire), even though I insisted with the salesman, talked to the manager, and went there in person at least twice to solve the other problems. On top of that, almost one year later, I found out, thanks to Canadian Tire staff, that the tires that came with my car were manufactured in 2013 (that is, 9 years before I bought it in 2022). TO SUM UP: If you choose to buy here and you find ANY problem in your car, prepare yourself for no return calls and empty promises.

The rating posted is a lie. They pressure their buyers to leave a good rating and even call and (I would say) harass you until you do. That us what happened to me. I initially gave a very positive review because I felt pressured to, and was worried that if I didn't, I would not receive good service if I ever needed to go back to them concerning my vehicle. I purchased my vehicle almost 2 years ago now. Now, I don't have that worry, and have found a great mechanic. I had to go back once shortly after purchace because i ended up witha flat tire and the jack snapped like a twig when I tried to change it. Anyway, when I went back, all the wonderful customer service I received when I was making the purchase vanished. The experience was terrible and they did not help. Purchasing a vehicle from this company is one of my biggest regrets. They lied terribly during the sale and cost me so much more since then because of issues with the vehicle. Although I know that there belief that finding an honest car sales person is an impossibility, it is sad that companies like this one just reinforce this belief. And, although this may be obvious, if you can, get a second opinion from a mechanic or trusted person who knows about cars before purchasing a car from this company. Don't believe their lying smiles or gifts to entice you to purchase. Don't give into the very friendly pressure to leave a positive review.

All I can say is Amanda and Mike made buying a good used truck easy. No pressure, have a look, take it for a drive, no issue. A few days after I bought it a second set of keys were found and they offered to bring them to my home, outstanding!! Hands down to the best service I have ever had shopping for a truck. Was my first time buying a truck and Jake was very approachable and knows the truck well. We had some financing issues at first but Jake, the GM and Megan made it work for my budget. You will not get that from other dealers who actually just told be to take it or leave it. I would definitely come back here and recommend them to my family and friends.

Deals with integrity has moved. I have dealt with Murray for years, and sent friends and family who purchased vehicles from him as well. I have been happy with the two vehicles that I bought. And he also sold my daughters vehicle and helped her find a new one. For the people who are complaining about Ed that is not the same dealership. He is totally separate from Deals With Integrity.
