Band-Aid Special! - Troo per

I bought a car from them that they praised so much. They seemed friendly enough and trusted them. Big mistake! Car died just over 30 days later. Dead in my driveway. Trax Auto said they'd give a deal on the labour if I brought it in to them. Lol. How was I to do that? They wouldn't pay to have it towed so How do I get it there? I lived quite a ways away from them. So I had it towed to a local mechanic. I told Trax Auto of his findings. Band-Aid City! Bypassed wiring, etc. They did nothing to help me. Cost me $2,000 after 2 weeks of repairing in the shop. Trax would not help with the bill at all. I traded the junker in and only got 1/4 of what the car and bills had cost me. A loss of $8,000 in just over a month. Don't buy from Trax Auto folks, stay far,far away. I should've seen the Red Flag when they were handed the cash, they sent out for chinese food.

Absolutely amazing experience! Was looking for a newer Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG and August Motorcars had exactly the one I was looking for. I live in Ontario but the team here made the entire sales process so straight forward and transparent. The vehicle had been through their inspection and needed a couple minor things which they told me and everything was completed 100% before the vehicle was shipped to. The vehicle arrived in amazing condition just like they had disclosed and there were absolutely no surprises along the way even though I had purchased it sight unseen. I've purchased vehicles without seeing them in person before and it can be stressful to say the least but the experience at August Motorcars was first-class to say the least! Will definitely be a repeat customer.

I had an extremely disappointing and concerning - Adam Osborne

I had an extremely disappointing and concerning experience with Norman Motor Group. I purchased a used vehicle from them in September, only to discover shortly after that it had major pre-existing issues, including a cracked engine block, failing transmission, and other significant repairs totaling over $9,000. When I brought these problems to their attention, instead of taking responsibility, they tried to sell me a used vehicle warranty that wouldn’t even cover the pre-existing issues. Worse, they suggested I wait three months and then lie to the warranty company to make a fraudulent claim. This kind of unethical behavior is shocking and completely unacceptable. It’s clear that this dealership failed to disclose these serious mechanical problems at the time of sale, and their response only highlights their disregard for honesty and customer fairness. If you’re considering buying a vehicle here, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. I will be pursuing this matter with the Vehicle Sales Authority and other appropriate channels. If you’ve had a similar experience, I encourage you to share your story as well.
