The staff didn't provide any progress update, inadequate communication with the service department and improper specification of loan car locations, no follow up on gas cap replacement regarding the gap plus the cap was not flushed with the adjoining body. Request for discussion with the service manager was made a week ago (24/7) to follow up the below standard service was not responded until now without any interim reply. I was just ignored.

THOUGHT ILL DO IT KNOWING THEY WILL TRY TO BLAME ME FOR IT AND OF COURSE THEY DID. THEY ACT LIKE THEY CARE WHICH LASTS ABOUT 2 MINUTES AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY. DONT BE FOOLED BY THE PRESTIGEOUS FACILITY CAUSE YOU ARE DEFINITELY PAYING FOR AND HAVE NO EXPECTATIONS OF RECEIVING ADEQUATE CUSTOMER SERVICE ONCE THE SOLD SIGN GOES UP. AND GET YOUR CREDIT CARD OUT. THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT YOU NEED TO COME IN FOR SERVICE EVERY 8000KMS TO VISUALLY CHECK EVERYTHING OVER OR YOU CAN JUST TAKE IT TO A TOYOTA DEALERSHIP EVERY 16000KMS FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND SAVE $80 FOR THE SERVICE WHO USE THE EXACT SAME PARTS.
