I will never buy another car from these guys again. - Cousins837

I will never buy another car from these guys again. I feel scammed and belittled by this company. I went in to look at a used SUV and when we were in talks with the deal they told me numerous times that the dealership would never ask for any money but then asked for a $500 deposit which I thought would come off my loan but it didn’t, they lied and pocket the money themselves. Then they said they would fix a few things on my SUV which they didn’t and when I asked about it I got ignored and no answer. They also forced me to pay for a warranty and that the deal would not happen without it and that it would cover everything but electrical but then a month into owing the vehicle the battery died and that’s not covered. These guys used that I was in a bad spot and needed a vehicle and dumped a bad investment onto me. Horrible company

Cody/Joanne from Cochrane Dodge is great! - Abbygail Gomez

Cody/Joanne from Cochrane Dodge is great! I received a call/txt within minutes of my online submission. I never felt pressured in anyway and he knew I was very detailed and answered all of my questions thoroughly. We've now purchased both of our personal vehicles at Cochrane Dodge Chrysler Jeep, and will be purchasing our future company utility van through them. Friendly, honest, and fair pricing! Highly suggest working them first before any other vehicle dealership in Cochrane. Thanks again for the positive experience!!

Murray Chrysler dodge is their name. - Dan

Murray Chrysler dodge is their name. And I don’t recommend going there. They will put off any warranty work until you go over the km for your warranty. Then they will tell you it has to be done now. When it’s out of customers pocket. These guys cost me alot of money after buying 2 new trucks off them. I told Logan and her team to quit bothering me as they are a bunch of scammers. Sucks still to this day Logan’s sales team keeps calling me. a few times a year asking me to come in and trade my diesel off for a new one. Only problem is they are offering me 10-15 grand below market value. Dumb people work there. I should bend one of them over one day instead of them screwing everyone else.

On September 10 2024, I purchased a ram 1500 classic from - george

On September 10 2024, I purchased a ram 1500 classic from Strathmore Dodge Ram Chrysler which was listed on their own site and on Cargurus.com as having 302km. The agreed price was settled at 44 000$,which I agreed to pay in full by certified check. But on the day of purchase, I was surprised to see the vehicle had 2984 km. When I expressed my disappointment at the fact that I was not advised prior to the sale they admitted to it being their fault and forgot to update it. I amicably said and that it wasn't the end of the world but a matter of principle and good business ethics. The manager "john" offered me -500$ off the price, which I agreed to and was satisfied with.He said he would get back to me in a day or so. Unfortunately, I did not hear back from him and I had to call back myself only to be told from him, that his "VP" said they could only offer me 2 oil changes services (of a value of 300$) of which I refused, given I live so far way and were not the terms we had agreed upon. He then said he would contact his superiors and get back to me. Though after after many days, emails and calls on my part, and messages left with the secretary to call me back, I've been ghosted and ignored. This is the second ram truck I purchased. One with Ram East-side in Calgary (2023 60k) and now Strathmore (2022 44K)...to be treated in such a low manner is not worthy of the name and brand of RAM. SHAME! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND AMATEUR!

Went in looking to buy a previously owned vehicle, plus - Dms443

Went in looking to buy a previously owned vehicle, plus heard that the sales person Steven was great to deal with. Picking up our “new” vehicle next week and Steven was awesome. I would recommend Legacy in Wetaskiwin if looking for a decent priced, previously owned vehicle, ask for Steven.

I bought a 2025 Jeep Compass sport from this place, the - Budds4455

I bought a 2025 Jeep Compass sport from this place, the car only has 7000 kilometers on it, the paint is so thin it's covered in paint chips and scratches, the muffler is worn out, the car is very loud, the transmission doesn't shift properly, loud and rough shifts. I've had two flat tires and the car did not come with a spare. The price tag and payments on this car are ridiculously high. Do not buy anything from this place they are a rip off and nothing is covered by warranty.

I was referred to Country Chrysler High River by a friend - kevin_stone61

I was referred to Country Chrysler High River by a friend who said that they are very good at fixing RV A class motorhomes 31’ . Just the big stuff! And he was right, they fixed the gasoline smell vapour inside of the motorhome, new hoses, went as far as to fix a cracked filler spout and fixed a leak in one of my slide outs

my review is not good. - tstodola

my review is not good. I brought my 2017 ram diesel in for some transmission codes and was in limp mode.Got it towed into dealership after I spoke to service. i phoned them a couple days later to get an update. I was told truck needed a solenoid pack in the transmission. I was told it would cost almost $2500.00 dollars for the job, trusting they were charging the normal price for this job I agreed.I checked another local Dodge Dealership to see what they would charge it was over $1000,00 less. After this I got Red Water Dodge to send me a copy of the invoice. The invoice was fine Except the price of the solenoid pack . The two possible genuine dodge soleniod packs for my truck were around $550.00 at the other local dealership. On my bill the price was $1510.00 for the part witch was not a Dodge part. It was a NAPA part almost 3 times the price of the Dodge part.Later after questioning the service manager he let it slip that Redwater Dodge owns NAPA across the road.At the end they dropped $950.00 off my bill . In the ballpark of where it should have been. How many people are not getting genuine parts on their vehicles at this dealership and not being told. Shame on Redwater Dodge.Honesty goes a long way.

Jordan in sales was so kind and helpful. - danelleallen

Jordan in sales was so kind and helpful. He felt more like a friend than a salesman and that can be hard to find when it comes to car shopping!

I don't normally write a review or take part in surveys, - Review

I don't normally write a review or take part in surveys, but I felt it was necessary this time. I really believe that my truck sales person (Jackson Mulhbach) is a good example of our next generation of sales people, at least I hope so? Jackson was exceptional to deal with during the entire process of buying my new truck, never once did he become pushy or put on a show that he was the only person on the planet that knew about vehicles. I would highly recommend Jackson Mulhbach. I was having my truck serviced at the time and NEVER planned on buying the truck I've been researching for the past two years? During a conversation with Jackson while waiting, I asked him some questions on the truck I've been researching for the past and he had the answer to every question. In the end, Jackson did the numbers for me including the amount for my truck as a trade in. I took 24 hours to think about everything because as I stated prior, I didn't plan to buy the truck at this time? Once again, Jackson didn't have a problem with this, and that's another area where I was impressed with him. My past experience with sales people in Edmonton, it was at this time they would get pushy and do everything in there power to sign the papers before I left the dealership. Not this time, Jackson allowed me the time to think about everything and I was the one that called him about MY decision to purchase the truck. I can honestly say, I purchased the truck due to Jackson, his honesty, professionalism and exceptional interpersonal skills when dealing with people. Hopefully Stettler Dodge realize what a great employee they have regarding Jackson. I should also note, when dealing with Lars in finance I got the exact same professionalism and knowledge. Lars explained everything in detail before I signed the documents. For the past five years I've dealt with the service department at Stettler Dodge and I received five star service each and every time. So all in all, this is why I decided to write a review, for the next person thinking of buying a vehicle or repair. Thanks Stettler Dodge for being a dealership one can rely on. Bob Buchanan
