I bought a 2025 Jeep Compass sport from this place, the car only has 7000 kilometers on it, the paint is so thin it's covered in paint chips and scratches, the muffler is worn out, the car is very loud, th car only has 7000 kilometers on it, the paint is so thin it's covered in paint chips and scratches, the muffler is worn out, the car is very loud, the transmission doesn't shift properly, loud and rough shifts. I've had two flat tires and the car did not come with a spare. The price tag and payments on this car are ridiculously high. Do not buy anything from this place they are a rip off and nothing is covered by warranty. More

I bought a used SUV there through an online purchase. I called a couple days before I came to get it, no answer. Called the next morning and lady was able to find my file and Saud someone would call me I called a couple days before I came to get it, no answer. Called the next morning and lady was able to find my file and Saud someone would call me back ,never called. Called later in the day to confirm that I would be picking it up the next day. Called on my way into the city 5 hrs before I got there to confirm that the vehicle would be ready to go . Got there paperwork was ready but dead battery in the vehicle. They had to call a tow truck to open the door and boost the Vehicle. Exterior of vehicle was dirty and fuel level was low . They did not seem to care about how much of a waste of my time this was and that because of their incompetence I missed another appointment and had to stay an extra night in the city.I will make sure I never go there again for a vehicle purchase. low rating it started out as an great experience until i received the SUV, noticed right away the radio system was not working and the electronic buttons( cover) it started out as an great experience until i received the SUV, noticed right away the radio system was not working and the electronic buttons( cover) on the drivers side was damaged.(I'm not from Alberta). i called to have the damages replaced. was told to sign paperwork and than they would take of the repairs. I was going to take the SUV back but was told it was too late. than i was told they would give me another vehicle. promises were made and broken after they received payment from the banks. finally took SUV to get the repairs done, which an older stereo was placed and nothing else was done. this SUV has back up camera which does work after plain old stereo was installed. it has Sarius system(nothing). they were threatening me at the same time that they were going to report the SUV stolen and i will get charged, it really gave me no choice but to sign paperwork and accept as is. plus the Stereo was on extended warranty! very unhappy customer.. once this is all taken care of in a better manner i will change the rating but for now that's my point of view More
