The worst dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle with in the last 50 years. Sales Mgr does not coordinate with Salesman regarding pricing & trade in value. Duplicate Emails had to be sent to sales mgr & in the last 50 years. Sales Mgr does not coordinate with Salesman regarding pricing & trade in value. Duplicate Emails had to be sent to sales mgr & salesman...When the deal was made it took 9 hours to get a Bill of sale after sending it back 3 times for corrections ie incorrect purchasers, incorrect address, incorrect date and deposit amount not specified. When I arrived to take delivery of the vehicle it was only then that I was notified that I needed a bank draft.....nobody mentioned this before and after driving 2hrs I was ready to cancel the deal....the salesman did take me to the bank to obtain a bank draft but....I could have done this 2 days before had I been informed that a cheque is no good. More
