We had two vehicles serviced between June 24 and July 03, 2024. In both service times the Zender Service team pointed out future concerns and ones that required immediate attention (our safety was forefront 2024. It is a pleasure to drive a safe vehicle. We even had a little glitch in the process that was handled with professionalism and with customer satisfaction at the top of the list. Found the oil changes expensive. Otherwise service good so far. My daughter had big trouble with her Bronco. Saskatoon dealer, didn’t help the problem. No complaints. Service was good. It’s nice to drop your vehicle off and get a ride home and back when done. I wasn’t happy when I tried calling service to see how Service was good. It’s nice to drop your vehicle off and get a ride home and back when done. I wasn’t happy when I tried calling service to see how my vehicle was doing and got no answer but later found out my call was going to someone’s desk who was not in. It was corrected so I grateful it was resolved. Sometimes things crop up and it takes a minute but it happens to everyone. All in all everyone there knows what customer service means and demonstrates it. More
