Always had great service at this dealership. Previous visit. Had tie rod end replaced and alignment completed. Alignment was off causing issues with steering tire to wear prematurely. Lots of Previous visit. Had tie rod end replaced and alignment completed. Alignment was off causing issues with steering tire to wear prematurely. Lots of noise and vibration. Yesterday's visit hopefully solved the issue. Will be determined if issue solved. Service has always been prompt otherwise and never had any issues otherwise. More

I had a pleasant experience. I’d love my vehicle, which is the Maverick Lariette. My car dealer ship salesman. Mr. Ludwig was amazing. He kept me informed of when my vehicle was arriving always pleasant to talk to and fun. I liked when he broke down payment options. I was impressed in the fact that he knew so much understanding with vehicles. When my vehicle arrived, he showed the ins and outs of my vehicle and what was available. After my purchase. He kindly explained all the functions on my vehicle showed me everything that was available to it. Communication was astonishing so I give high or five marks to Mr. Ludwig at Zander Ford. Where I purchased my vehicle was Spruce Grove Zander Ford. The finance team, I would have to say they on the ball making sure paperwork was set up on the dates and times I requested. I did also feel like the Alberta package and there was another package was a little too expensive for some plastic to cover the front end of my Truck. When I sourced out other places, it was a lot cheaper to do exactly what they encourage me to do. Other than that service was good. I will have to continue to drive my Ford Maverick to get the best rating out of the car. Hopefully I would be able to rate the car performance at a later date. More

We ordered our new King Ranch in April of 2024 and it was delivered in August. I want to say we how professional and great Anthony was to deal with. He kept us up to date throughout the whole delivery proces delivered in August. I want to say we how professional and great Anthony was to deal with. He kept us up to date throughout the whole delivery process - even monitoring where the location of the vehicle on the train. When the vehicle was delivered to Zender Ford we gave Anthony a pretty tight timeline to have it PID’d, accessories installed and 3M and interior protection put on due to our vacation and he was able to have everything done in time for us - amazing. He is easy going, friendly and will work with you to get what you want. Zender Ford is an amazing place, very community oriented, open and friendly atmosphere. Shelley from finance was great to deal with - easy going as well and is willing to work with you. Also a big shout out to Ron - fantastic and genuine gentleman who sincerely wants the customers of Zender to be happy. We have bought many Ford products over the years and this is the best treatment we have had by far. Highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle for them More
