It was a disappointing and frustrating experience that made me question the integrity of the dealership. The service department was no better. The communication was consistently poor, making it difficult to get updates or answers to my inquiries. Service manager Raquel Santos displayed a dismissive attitude, showing little interest in understanding or resolving my issues.
