From an incorrectly quoting over the phone, to getting the lease incorrect, all the way to getting the wrong delivery date and missing the fact the tint was wanted on the car...to finally delivering a BRA the lease incorrect, all the way to getting the wrong delivery date and missing the fact the tint was wanted on the car...to finally delivering a BRAND NEW car that was dirty on the inside with a layer of dust on the dashboard and the sales guy simply saying "oh ya, sorry" without correcting...this has to be one of the worst dealership experiences I've been a part of...so disappointing to be treated so poorly and with such little care. I'm sorry that someone purchasing a car from you is such an inconvenience to your day...other than a house, a car is the biggest purchase most people make, it's SUPPOSED to be an exciting moment, you're not supposed to regret it immediately, especially because of terrible, shady service.
