After Sale navigation system won't shut off Never Got Fixed In Aug 2014 I purchased a brand new Tiguan from Yorkdale Volkswagen (dealer) and availed the navigation option. Little did I know that the navigation In Aug 2014 I purchased a brand new Tiguan from Yorkdale Volkswagen (dealer) and availed the navigation option. Little did I know that the navigation system they installed is not the RNS510 they were advertising, instead, they installed a ROSEN system. In October 2014 the Rosen radio/navigation system malfunctioned and won't shut off even after switching off the engine. It ended draining my battery. I took the car to the dealer and they replaced the Rosen with another Rosen, though I was asking for an RNS510 (which what I paid for). Then in March 2016, I experienced the same problem the battery won't shut off, took it to the dealer and they again replaced the navigation system with a new Rosen. Then again in January 2017 I had the same problem, the navigation system won't shut off, took it to the dealer - the same solution was applied (replaced the system with a new Rosen system. Tonight (February 20, 2017), just less than 2 months after the replaced the navigation system - AGAIN I have the same problem, the Rosen system won't shutdown. Tomorrow I will bring the vehicle back to Yorkdale Volkswagen to get it fixed. Tomorrow will be the 4th time to ask Yorkdale Volkswagen to have this fixed. 4 times since I bought the Tiguan less than 3 years ago. I am not sure if they have cracked what is the cause of the problem for the problem keep reoccuring. I really feel bad and frustrated. First and foremost for not getting the adequate navigation system (RNS510) that I paid for, which as a consequence makes the other functions, like the voice command unuseful for the Rosen system is not fully compatible with the car. Second for identifying the real cause of the technical problem and having them fixed. The people at Yorkdale Volkswagen are good and courteous, but I am really frustrated with what has been transpiring with my vehicle and regrets why I bought my Tiguan from Yorkdale Volkswagen. Great experience at VW Yorkdale! We were returning our VW after our lease was expired and we needed a new car. We presented our sales rep (Artur Averbuh) with our budget, he asked us We were returning our VW after our lease was expired and we needed a new car. We presented our sales rep (Artur Averbuh) with our budget, he asked us all the right questions (and listened) to determine what our needs were. He then presented us with our options based on what was available on the lot at the time. Artur spent hours with us, and he never made us feel anything but comfortable. He was extremely personable, and we had fun while we were making what was a very important decision financially and otherwise. On the day we picked up our new car, Artur had us set up in a private room where we would sign our paperwork, and he had a big red bow on our new car. Over all, we feel we received a very personalized yet professional experience and we would recommend him and this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. Thank you Artur! More

Excellent service I just leased a new car at Yorkdale VW. This is my 3rd VW in a row! I was happy with my 2013 Tiguan and was even happier with the excellent service I just leased a new car at Yorkdale VW. This is my 3rd VW in a row! I was happy with my 2013 Tiguan and was even happier with the excellent service I have received over the years. Raquel and the other service people are wonderful and have been over the 7 years I have been leasing cars at VW Yorkdale. The service at Yorkdale VW is actually the main reason I stuck with VW again. My salesman was Artur and he can't be beat! He made everything easy and I was in my new car before i knew it. He took the time to explain everything about the lease and how to use all the bells and whistles of my new car. I also love the location of this dealership. If you do have to wait foe service, you can stay and be very comfortable in the clean and modern show room and have a coffee on the house, but I like to take the dealership shuttle to Yorkdale or walk over to Costco while I wait! More
