Within just a few days, I picked up my brand new VW Golf TSI and I could not be happier. Even when I left the dealer, Artur checked up on me to make sure everything was going as planned and to answer any questions I may have in the interim. What was also different about this experience is, Artur was sincerely happy for me. It wasn't about making a sale for him, it was about the customer experience and making sure I was happy with my purchase. For that, I give him a perfect score in every aspect of my dealings with him.
