The people I like to mention are Jet Tabinga (Assistant Serv Mgr-who gives me a excellent service everytime)+Samantha (who answers the call in a professional and pleasant manner)+Sabrina and Charmaine who called me a day in advance to remind me about my appoinment (also very professional and polite manner) . At the end nice touch the car is washed.!!!!!!!---Not many dealers are doing this unfortunatelly. This is the main reason why I service my car at Yorkdale VW. Service is what matters these days for every customer. Good service retains customers,also brings customers to buy cars (new/used) because they know that they will have an excellent service after they buy the vehicle.
