To be honest I didn't expect it from Toyota I have new 7 months RAV4. Service consultant useless,unfriendly and unprofessional person, but playing as knowing everything. Been lied to and misled. Went online to find a price for a 2019 Avalon Limited. I filled out the customer information part of the email and sent it off. I got an email back from what I assume is a person on their sales staff stating that they have exactly what I was looking for which was a Black Avalon Limited but it was a demo car and I she wanted to know when I could come in to view this car as it was a managers car and it may not be available if I just show up. Curious, I wanted to know more details about this car and emailed her back with two simple questions, one was; How many KM's were on the vehicle and two; Was the car put into warranty by the dealer and if so, how much of the warranty was already used? Very simple right? Wrong! On her return email, she now stated that the car was in their compound and wasn't availabe any longer and on top of this, the vehicle in question turned from being a Black Avalon Limited to now becoming White. ???? On top of this, she emailed me and said that she already told me that the demo vehicle had 2200 KM's and that it had full warranty and were selling it as new. WOW!!!! I had to re-read the back and forth emails to make sure I wasn't missing or misunderstanding anything. No, I pretty much read everything correctly and she didn't tell me the KM's or the warranty details. So sick of liars... More

This is the product sold to me and look like the don't want to stand by for it In month may I had an accident I give my car body repair to them the took one month when I drop my car the where sum internal (damages bcoz accident) issues which mention to them the never fix when I went pick my car the guy started argument me telling to pick it up right now the way it is later I should take the car to body shop to fix I don't why should I do that after being the car there in the shop for month he push me to pick the car the way its and he give me anxiety funny part is same day same time I went to GM cabin and told all this till now no reaction More

Experience Sohail was the dealer I dealt with and he was respectful and did everything he could to make everything go smoothly. Dishonest. Did not honour a price. We went to this dealership because the product advisor told me that he would sell a Corolla for the price we desired. He told me that he got the approval from a sales manager. Even before, my wife and I made the 30 minute trip to the dealership, I called to confirm the price and informed him that my trade in car would not be worth much(approx $200). He confirmed that the price was good and we made the trip to the dealership. After an hour of filling out some forms for the trade in, he comes back to tell me that his manager won't sell the car for the price we agreed upon(and was reportedly approved by the sales manager) but that he would give it to me for $700 extra dollars claiming that they expected to get more money on the trade in. They(the product advisor and general manager) even laughed at our trade in when they thought I wasn't there. Dishonest and disrespectful. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
Service Department is Horrible at Yorkdale Toyota In June 2017, I bought a new RAV4 Limited from Yorkdale Toyota at which time it was suggested by them to bring the car for the first service to the s In June 2017, I bought a new RAV4 Limited from Yorkdale Toyota at which time it was suggested by them to bring the car for the first service to the same Dealership. A few days prior to my appointment on December 15, I called them to reconfirm my appointment . I drove over 50 minutes and arrived there ahead of scheduled. At this time, I was informed by the Service department that there were 13 cars waiting before me. To my shock I asked how long it would take and I was told as long as it is needed to service the 13 cars. I asked what consideration was giving to those with appointments and I was told there is nothing they can do and I need to wait my turn, I found the staff inconsiderate. I asked to speak to a manager; and the Assistant Service Manager Änotnio Raso told me the same thing. I requested to talk to the Operation Manager Mr John Jang and I was told that he was not available. I cannot understand what was the point in making an appointment in the first place. I was very disappointed and insulted with the service I received at Yorkdale Toyota. If I was asked to make an appointment, I should have been prioritized in the queue. The attitude of the staff was not very professional and this was very disappointing experience. The service I received when I purchased the car was significantly different now that I own the car. Very upsetting and very disappointed. Very poor service. I left Yorkdale Toyota with NO SERVICE More

The car was in excellent condition on delivery as promised, and it was a pleasure to be driving our first ever Toyota, especially after such a pleasant buying experience.
