I experienced a short period of downtime with my vehicle while a battery was replaced and I was provided a loaner, staff helped me move my things into it, and when I got my Equinox EV back it was detailed and had a full charge. I've been thoroughly impressed with the staff, their teamwork, their approach to customer service. Buying a vehicle there was easy and fun, and their professionalism made me extremely confident in my choice of vehicle and dealership. There was absolutely no pressure or pushy sales tactics, just great information and excellent customer service. The Finance Department was fantastic as well, making sure my truck was protected with an extended warranty and a great maintenance plan. They even had my new truck ceramic coated, which was the perfect finishing touch! The Service Department has also been outstanding, and the new drive-through drop-off area is amazing, especially with Yellowknife weather! From sales to finance to service, I have felt taken care of every step of the way. Joining the Yellowknife Motors family has been one of the best vehicle-buying experiences I’ve had.
