A bit disappointed I booked an appointment to have tires installed and a oil change, was told by the service counter that the car was also due for 48,000 km maintenance I booked an appointment to have tires installed and a oil change, was told by the service counter that the car was also due for 48,000 km maintenance service, I was called later to say the tech recommended the car have its fuel injection system cleaned. The bill totaled $1787.55 including tax. When i was reviewing the break down, i noticted a charge of $4.99 for w/w fluid, this is where i was disappointed in the dealership. I don't expect things for free but $4.99 to top up my reservoir, I'm assuming this is why people go to Mr Lube or other places to avoid this sort of thing, More

Unfortunately, with the arrival of my granddaughter it was too small to accomodate, car seats, strollers, suitcases and the parents. After a year long search I decided the vehicle thst checked off all my 'must haves' wss a 2013 Ford Escape. Darned if i didnt find that perfect car at Wolfe Mazda. The staff at Wolfe' were once again so awesome to deal with and have continued to provide exemplary service, taking ownership for not removing the tinting on the windows and promptly booking me in, arranging a courtesy car and having the tinting removed. Very Impressed with the Prompt and efficient customer service!! More
