CX5 was serviced today. The service advisor, Alan EEG was his usual self, very friendly, explained the Scheduled service in detail. He called me a couple of times to see if I wanted other work done. The customer service from booking my appointment to the service counter were both very nice and kind. They could answer all my questions. I was quoted 4 hours at the time of drop off.
