Service was completed as expected, however I was dismayed that a shuttle service is only available for 5km radius. I live under 15 km. The only way I could have my vehicle serviced was to drop it off and le that a shuttle service is only available for 5km radius. I live under 15 km. The only way I could have my vehicle serviced was to drop it off and leave it for a few hours. I wasn’t in the position to wait an undetermined amount of time in the area and with covid restrictions around I did not want to “hang around” any area while I waited. I did ride my bike home and then back again to pick up my car. Good thing it was decent weather. I just find that 5km in a very large city is not fair to loyal customers. More

Colton was a delightful and helpful customer service agent. I wish my car was washed with more care. It’s never as clean as my Range Rover or Audi were after service. Brought our Mazda 2019 CX-5 for servicing on Friday Aug 28 from West Kelowna. Service was to include oil change and tire rotation, fluid checks, etc. The work order did not state that the tires were rota 28 from West Kelowna. Service was to include oil change and tire rotation, fluid checks, etc. The work order did not state that the tires were rotated after the work was complete however it did state what tasks were completed, tire rotation not being one of them adding to the confusion. When I queried the service staff about it, I was told that since I paid the higher price, that they were rotated which is not the answer I wanted to hear. No idea of really knowing without confirming with the actual mechanic who did the work. That would of been my preference and is why I rated the quality of work average down below. On a positive note, I did find all the service staff friendly and courteous especially the service manager but I'm not sure of any benefits of coming in from out of town for future servicing. More
