I want to share my experience with Wolfe GMC Edmonton in a way that’s fair and true to what actually happened. The sales team was friendly, and the purchase itself went smoothly, but the post‑purchase exper a way that’s fair and true to what actually happened. The sales team was friendly, and the purchase itself went smoothly, but the post‑purchase experience was much more difficult than I expected. A suspension issue and a bent rim were present at delivery, but weren’t caught during their inspection. When I reported the problem the next day, the follow‑up became stressful. Communication was slow and inconsistent, and I had to reach out repeatedly just to understand what was happening or what the next steps were. Weeks went by without clear answers, and it left me feeling like I was navigating the situation alone. Things changed only after I escalated the matter to management. Once the General Manager became involved, the repair was transferred to Wolfe GMC Calgary — and the difference was immediate. Calgary’s service team, especially Alicia Baer, was outstanding. She communicated clearly, kept me updated, and handled the repair with professionalism and care. The work was completed properly, the vehicle now drives the way it should, and the repair was covered in full. I’m grateful for the final outcome, but the initial delays and lack of communication from Edmonton made the experience far more stressful than it needed to be. With stronger follow‑up and clearer customer communication, this could have been resolved much sooner. I hope sharing this helps others understand what to expect and encourages improvements where they’re needed. More

I would not purchase a vehicle from this dealership ever again. We bought a barely used vehicle from them. Thought they had been great. Drove the vehicle home from Edmonton to Beiseker and noticed on the hi again. We bought a barely used vehicle from them. Thought they had been great. Drove the vehicle home from Edmonton to Beiseker and noticed on the highway there was a problem. They had said they did a wheel alignment, but the vehicle pulled. We called as soon as we got home and they sent us to Wolfe Calgary to get the alignment redone. When we picked it up the problem was still there so my husband asked the people if someone could come for a ride with him. They graciously complied and the minute they took the roundabout, the mechanic new there was something wrong. Couple hours later they found the rim and strut were bent that had not been caught. As it took them a while to find the problem, knowing there was one, we were not upset with the Edmonton store as it seemed like it was just a miss. What I am very upset with is how they handled it. We got the implied message from Raj that we must have hit something on the way home. That he was not going to pay for the damage as they were not responsible for it, even after Calgary said this was not recent damage. My husband had to escalate the emails to almost the owner before the problem was fixed, by Calgary by our request. Really crappy service and almost 2 months to have it repaired. Will not recommend this dealership to anyone. I still hold that Curtis was a pleasure to deal with, and as a finance person I would be willing to work with him again. But wow what a run around from the rest, and this included the sales manager of the dealership. This should never have had to have been escalated to so many people before the problem was handled. Honestly it was just such a disappointment and stress that just wasn't needed. I will also thank Quentin Siffledeen for finally getting everything dealt with. More

When I first met Alex, I gave him a wish list of everything I was looking for in a used vehicle—including my budget. Instead of trying to sell me just anything on the lot, he listened. I patiently waited, knowing that if the right vehicle came along, Alex would let me know. A couple of weeks later, out of the blue, I got the call. “My perfect vehicle had arrived.” What impressed me the most wasn’t just finding the vehicle—it was that Alex actually remembered every detail of what I was looking for and treated my used vehicle purchase with the same care and importance as if I were buying brand new. I never felt pressured, and I always felt like I mattered as a customer. I’m absolutely thrilled with my 2023 Cadillac XT4 and couldn’t be happier with the experience.
