Very turned off by experience I emailed them on wddnesday to go for a test drive on Saturday. He finished off the email saying 'If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me on my direct line which is (Insert Salesman Cell Number here). I never heard another word from them. No follow-up. I went to Murray for a test drive and was not impressed with ther service there. We then went to Birchwood and had a sales guy called Goran. Had an amazing experince. Let us go for a awesome test drive by ourselves. He was very knowledgeable on the car. He listened to understand our needs. And got us a cracking deal including a trade-in. $9400 less than Murray. Drove car home same day. I would highly recommend Birchwood and Goran! More
