He was very professional, kind, and listened to what we wanted in a vehicle and helped us make an informed decision. We had Hyundais in the past, all bought at Winnipeg Hyundai. We came to Winnipeg Hyundai having dealt with them in the past and always having a good experience with them.. We were looking to trade in our Ford Escape and trade up to a Hyundai Tucson. We were credit challenged being in the last stretch of credit counselling. We didn't know if we would be approved and at what rate. We were treated with respect and felt valued as customers, not pressured at all. We were given a very fair offer for our trade and we got a great deal and a great interest rate, better than I thought we would get due to our situation.. I really feel like our best interest was at heart when dealing with Derek. He was professional and transparent and understood our situation and worked hard to get us what we wanted. I am so very happy to be in a Hyundai again and cannot express in words our gratitude to Derek and Braden. They both worked so hard to get us in a vehicle that was right for us. We ended up with more than what we were looking for in our Tucson and will be going back next year for a second vehicle! More
