Features of vehicles test driven were clearly described, and I appreciated the honesty of Mr. Davies when discussions revolved around what options would best meet my driving needs. Options for purchase/financing were clearly explained by Mr. Meikle and Mr. Turnbull. Again, there was never a feeling of someone attempting to "up sell". I was a Hyundai owner before this car and because of this experience and make of their models I will be a Hyundai owner for a very long time, with this car and others.
