Went in for peace of mind service and left without a peace of mind on my service. Went back and talked to my service advisor Ryan who told me that the service manager left for the day (it was around 3pm peace of mind on my service. Went back and talked to my service advisor Ryan who told me that the service manager left for the day (it was around 3pm) and they would call me the next day to resolve my issue. They never did. I paid for the peace of mind service and did not get everything offered in the peace of mind service package so would not go back there or recommend to anyone More

They are Highly overcharging Customers for parts and labor with NO Ethical Standards or Justification for their actions. E.g How can you justify a hex flange nut that is $5 and charge $25.88, a front lo labor with NO Ethical Standards or Justification for their actions. E.g How can you justify a hex flange nut that is $5 and charge $25.88, a front lower ball joint at $7.60 and charge $248.60, a front exhaust pipe at $81.53 and charge $403.00, a center heat shield at $13.88 and charge $100.38, hubbering at $111.73 and charge $738.00, engine mount at $41.26 and charge $203.50? There is way more to the list that can be added but my question is Where is the justification for these Ridiculously over priced parts,the caring of your customers? Isn't Ethics a huge part of your motto for the caring of your customers? I have a whole line of certified mechanics in the family and friends who is just as thrown off with these quotes in which taxes was not included and for Every task to be done, labor was an added cost. If you had 2 things that you car went in for, you will be charged 2 types of labor in which the labor charges is way more than the parts of your vehicle which again is Ridiculously over priced. 2 bad experiences of being Over charged for parts and labor is enough to know that I have been taken advantage of which I am now coming to believe that it is because of my Ethnicity and being a minority that they are doing this! Now I could be wrong but that will have to be proven. Highly Highly disturbed, dissatisfied and disappointed all in the same breathe with the service at this particular Windsor Chrysler Dealership!!!!!! NO Ethical Back bone, Not for Customer service when coming to prices, has Nothing to do with the young lady who had to be the face of the company interacting with the customers/clients to give these prices. She was very polite and respectful that deserves top credit but not the over the Hedge cost. This review is In NO WAY to discredit the employee its questioning the integrity of the company in taking advantage of ppl to pay 3, 4 and 5 times the cost !!! More
