Purchased a 3 yr. old car from this dealership less than 12 months ago. Battery died and couldn't get into dealership to replace for almost 2 weeks. Had it done at my own mechanic and the dealer just says nothing they can do because I didn't go to an FCA dealership. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. More
I’m writing this post so people know how I was treated by Windsor Chrysler dealership & customer service at FCA. I purchased my 2023 charger Daytona in sept of 2023 , after about 6 months I started to notice Windsor Chrysler dealership & customer service at FCA. I purchased my 2023 charger Daytona in sept of 2023 , after about 6 months I started to notice the coating on 1 rim of my car was flaking off,the rim continues to get worse , now having 9 marks which the dealership & FCA customer service keep calling stone chips so they are not liable to do anything. I’ll be honest , I’ve been very frustrated with the process & all managers , general managers & FCA customer service telling me how sry they are that this has happened but yet they continue to do nothing for me. I’ve asked every person that I’ve dealt with to explain why I have 9 marks on just 1 rim with no explanation. I caution anyone who has to deal with this dealership , they did not treat me very well with my issue , & now looks like I will never purchase an FCA product ever again if this is how they treat their customers, which is sad because I work for a company that supplies FCA.I hope people will share this for me so maybe someone can point me in the proper direction on how to deal with this. I really didn’t want to have to post something like this but I felt I have no other option . More
We’ve purchased a few new cars over the years. Never again, will I use Windsor Chrysler. Brand new car(only one key) they “lost” the other one. They Keep telling us, it will be in next week, Things that were suppose to be done, weren’t. Vehicle had to be brought in the following day for tint. (Which had a small scratch)…which they’ve since buffed out. Vehicle didn’t come with a spare tire, I had to ask where the floor mats are……… I’m stuck with a vehicle I don’t like and isn’t ergonomically good for me, and it’s looking like we are never going to get our second key……. Because, they let my husband sign for a vehicle in my name. Which, I told them, I wasn’t happy and not signing anything until all these issues were dealt with. Well, jokes on me. They had him sign for it and drive it off lot, so, stuck with it now Worst experience More
