My wife purchased a Rav 4 from this dealership a year ago. I am in the market to replace my F150 work truck. I was browsing but not quite ready to buy. I saw a Tundra that I learned was off lease. The price was below the asking price at other lots and the vehicle maintenance records showed that the previous owner took care of the truck. Between the vehicle and the salesman Andrew Ward, this was a done deal. He offered me a test drive and was not pushy. He waited a few days between tire kicking and my return call. Well done Toyota. Will is very unprofessional with extremely poor customer service. My local Peel dealer advised me to check out the new 2022 Tacoma from Whitby Toyota before placing a factory order. Will turned me down sayi service. My local Peel dealer advised me to check out the new 2022 Tacoma from Whitby Toyota before placing a factory order. Will turned me down saying they only deal with Durham residents. Not sure how this type of customer service helps the Toyota brand or the dealership business model as a whole. Furthermore I am surprised that the management team at Toyota Whitby found it appropriate to place Will in a customer facing position. More
