Absolutely terrible experience. Carlos was very personable, of course, but had limited knowledge of the used cars. I had to go online myself while sitting there to find a car with the features and price we were looking for and give him the UC#. We found one that we wanted to purchase but wanted the night to think about it. Carlos went back and forth with the sales manager Frank multiple times to see how we could close the deal. Frank sat down with us and it was agreed upon that winter tires would be thrown in and we would sign tonight. We stepped out to call a family member and as we were outside Frank left. We went back in arranged the date of pick up as we would be away for a week and asked if the winter tires could be put on prior to pick up as we live more up north and already have snow, we were told absolutely no problem. We called Carlos this week to confirm the date of pick up and that the winter tires would be on. Fast forward to today picking up the vehicle, no winter tires and now both Carlos and Frank are claiming they were never promised and never had a conversation with us. Frank was absolutely terrible to deal with and we had to be forwarded to another dealership manager as all he did was yell, argue and point fingers at us. He said he didn’t remember the conversation and then said he did. All he did was cut us off while speaking and wanted absolutely nothing to do with resolving the issue. Finally after two hours of arguing the second manager agreed to a gift card. We will never ever be back to this Honda. Would leave a 0 star review if I could More
Mo was my sales person at the beginning of my search for a Honda Fit in early September. At my request he kept his eye out for a Fit for me and several weeks later called me to say he had one. Bought a used civic with 55k on it a few months ago. After I picked it up found the Bluetooth buttons didn't work and had driver side airbag issue. Brought it into dealership to repair and they broke th After I picked it up found the Bluetooth buttons didn't work and had driver side airbag issue. Brought it into dealership to repair and they broke the already existing (installed bt previous owner) third party remote system. Honda service dept refuses to take ownership and fix it. Also won't fix their broken Bluetooth buttons as it's not a safety issue even thought it wasn't working from the time I got the car. It's going to cost me $200+ to fix the damaged aftermarket system this Honda dealership broke because I can't just buy the harness by itself. This has been a terrible experience. They don't take responsibility for damages they did. Also there was interior damage to the passenger panel that wasn't there before that happened while the car was with the service dept. 😳 sales people are great. Service dept sucks. I expected more of Honda. I'm scared and hesitant to even take the car back for any maintenence because of what they might break the next time. More

When I was sold my vehicle it was discussed with my sales representative Christian Somoza about repairing the already damaged paint that it would be repaired. He “left it out” of the contract and won’t answer phone calls about it. Not only that but in one month of owning the car it needed rust spray for the unclassified rusted wheel wells, cabin and engine filter changes that were BLACK and transmission fluid change that was also BLACK and not the red it’s supposed to be!! Just over $500 extra dollars. DON’T RECOMMEND! More
