I bought a vehicle (Honda Pilot 2019) in 2020 and was pleased with thier service, I was looking to purchase another vehicle and contacted them again, however I didn't get the responses I needed to make a pleased with thier service, I was looking to purchase another vehicle and contacted them again, however I didn't get the responses I needed to make a decision for the purchase and decided to work with another dealer. Today I visited Whitby Oshawa Honda for a brake and oil change on my 2012 Accord SE. While I was waiting for service, I walked over to their sales department to get pricing on a new Civic hatchback 2023. T change on my 2012 Accord SE. To my disbelief, I was surprised to find out that their Sales Manager Hasan Habib had refused to provide me with a quote on the premises that I already had a pending offer on a Toyota Corolla Hatchback. I spoke to, Mr. Habib and he expressed that I was not worth his time and effort! Considering that I purchased my last two vehicles at Whitby Oshawa Honda, the customer service experience was quite frankly disappointing and has made me reconsider any further future purchases and services. Best service department I have ever been to. It all starts with their matching your name to your phone number so that when you call, so they answer “hello, [your name]. The service manager is a great fellow and everyone I have dealt with has been courteous. I have never had any issue with my service and today I even had my tire repaired when they squeezed me in without an appointment. I recommended this dealership to my daughter because of the service and she purchased her new vehicle here and was really happy with the entire experience. I wish I had purchased my new Honda in 2019 from these folks but my next purchase will definitely be from Whitby Honda. The service department is what really matters most because these are the folks you have to deal with on an ongoing basis and these are the best I’ve had to deal with yet. More
