I normally don’t leave a lot of reviews but felt obligated to do so for Whitby Honda and the guys that assisted in the purchase of my new vehicle. It started with the sales rep Jordan who was very obligated to do so for Whitby Honda and the guys that assisted in the purchase of my new vehicle. It started with the sales rep Jordan who was very knowledgable and patient with what I was looking for within my price range. There was no sales pitch. He worked with the managers to make the tradein possible and I am very grateful for choosing this dealership out of all the others. Thank you soooooo much 🙏 More
Very poor service, I dealt with Mohsin and Trevor first Mohsin did a wrong promise for delivery even after talking multiple follow up they had one single answer I don't know how long it will take for a car Mohsin did a wrong promise for delivery even after talking multiple follow up they had one single answer I don't know how long it will take for a car and annoying thing was not attending the call after calling multiple time, gladly I was able to speak to him after many calls and after complaining he said I will speak to my manager and he will get back to you in 2 weeks which he did but still with same answer we don;t know how long it will take. I gave them sometime so I can have my car and I started taking follow-up after some calls Mohsin said I don't know how long it will take I said talk to your Manager if you don't know he said I will call you back once I speak to my manager which never happened so after waiting for almost a week with no answer I decided to walk into dealership. Upon going to dealership I spoke to Mr. Carew who kept saying I don't know, I don't have car you can change model and car and I will see if I can do anything so I ask him you tell me timeframe he said about 2 months I said okay I will give you 3 months can you guarantee my car he said no if being a manager he cannot do anything if he wants 2 month and customer is giving him 3 month still if he can't guarantee car then better don't lie and say 2 months, if delay is from dealership its understandable if they are taking 6 months you tell us 7 months no big deal but you being a manager cannot tell your customer I don't know time then what is the meaning of doing business ? I just felt like they wanted to take down payment from many customers even though they cannot promise delivery and keep deposit. my biggest high was when I ask for my down payment back from Sales Manager he said no you can't have it back and kept stopping me from speaking and telling me you won't listen you won't listen he himself did not listen to his customer and unable to promise that was one of the worst customer service I have seen ever in my whole life. Here I decided to send an email to everyone so I sent and email to GM of dealership OMVIC and CEO of Honda Canada surprisingly GM of Whitby Oshawa Honda did not bother even to respond my email for a week so then I decided to send them another email and guess what they called me very next day by saying we have a car with different colour available and the guy on phone said you need to confirm if you need this car by the end of the day I am like Seriously? I refused to take it as I believe that is not right. Car was not available, refund they refused to process suddenly everything became available can you imagine? Any how my dis-satisfaction ended after multiple email I got a call from secretory of Honda Canada I explained her my point and she said your refund will be process within 24 hours so Sales Manager call and ask me to go to dealership for refund even thought I did e-transfer for deposit $1000.00 anyhow I refused and ask them to give me my money back the same way you took. Sorry for the long essay, My point is delay could happen for any reason do not ever judge book by its cover, if you are not sure then don't take any order because someone makes plans on your commitment, if your commitment fails your trust fails, you cannot force a customer to go to OMIC while you can issue a refund and please respect your customer and have a communication. kind regards, Ravi Soni More
