My vehicle started breaking down, 200 kilometers after purchase.No signals, dash lights, won't start, won't shut off. They certified this so I wouldn't take to an honest mechanic. There safety certificate is, I quote their service manager " a snap shot in time". AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. SHAME ON HONDA for allowing this dealership to stain your good reputation. More

My wife purchased a 2023 CRV Touring Hybrid. Almost 3 months ago. Ordered with towing package and winter mats (almost 2000 dollars extra). When you have dealt with this dealership for the last 4 or 5 new car purchases and no problems, they REALLY DROPPED THE BALL on this one. Need the owner of Whitby Oshawa Honda to call my wife and tell her why his Team has not delivered on what was agreed to. No compensation or anything has been offered….Hello?
