Beware of False Promises! We are extremely disappointed with our experience at Toyota New Westminster. We bought a brand-new vehicle after being assured it included a major We are extremely disappointed with our experience at Toyota New Westminster. We bought a brand-new vehicle after being assured it included a major multimedia/audio/GPS feature, only to find out post-purchase that it didn't work at all. My husband had to take multiple days off work for service appointments. After multiple failed diagnostics, they finally admitted the feature isn't even compatible with our SR5 trim. Fixing it requires a $5,000 hardware replacement. The General Manager apologized and admitted their staff needed "additional training" to prevent this misinformation. Yet, he only offered a tiny compensation amount that didn't cover our lost time and frustration. When we asked the GM to put his compensation offer in writing, he refused. Since then, management has completely ghosted us. We have reached out in writing multiple times with zero response. We were blatantly misled to secure a sale, and now Toyota New Westminster is refusing to make it right. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. More
