We recently purchased a Tucson and were very impressed with how friendly and extremely knowledgeable Richard Lam was. I can't say enough good things about the service I got from this dealership. I came from Southtown Hyundai and to be frank I was apalled at the service I got there. It was bad enough that neither I didn't really feel like getting a Hyundai at all, I was that upset over the overall service from there. But I figured, maybe this dealer is different. You guys at least had the model I was looking at in stock and ready to go so that helped in driving across the city to take a look at the car. Alan was very professional and knowledgable in his presentation and he didn't gloss over anything or do anything that rubbed me the wrong way. As a salesman he was a class act and was very kind and patient with us as we discussed what we wanted to do. I wasn't even sure if we were going to get the car that day, but we did. The speed with which we were dealt with was nothing short of impressive. Unlike Southtown's employees, we weren't made to wait for no reason. Alan was quick in getting an offer and was very efficient in the back and forth and I was pleased with just how smooth the process was. We always hear about the 'nightmare' dealerships but I am glad to say this was not one of them, and this was nothing but a great experience. This is the kind of dealership you keep with you simply because of the excellent service given and just how friendly and easygoing the atmosphere there is. This may be across the city for me but I'll gladly go back for my servicing and anything else and without a doubt I would recommend your dealership to anyone interested. I'm a happy owner of a 2013 Veloster but more importantly I know I have a great dealership and a great salesman to go back to for anything else that I may need and this just makes my purchase feel better. I waited this long to write the review, just to get over the whole 'new car happiness' phase so I could at least be more rational about it but the fact is the service I got was so good that I'd hold the same opinion 1 month from now or 1 year from now. I remembered him as a friendly, patient,helpful,knowledgeable about the products,and most important of all not aggressive and pushy. Sure enough, he has not changed at all, still the same old gentle salesman. Within a short while he managed to convince me I should have Santa Fe on the top of my shopping list. Two days later I came back for test driving and close the deal. Being a buyer, of course further price reduction will be more than a welcome. Yet I still appreciate his help in reaching to our final sales. I will strongly recommend him and your dealership to my friends and family. More

Extremely friendly and not pushy at all. We were in the market for a new Tuscon that we could tow behind our Class A. Andrei was very courteous and helpful. He explained that the vehicle that we wanted was market for a new Tuscon that we could tow behind our Class A. Andrei was very courteous and helpful. He explained that the vehicle that we wanted was indeeed a good choice to pull behind, however they didn't have any left in stock. They did have a 2010 that was low miles and reasonablely priced. We took it for a test drive and fell in love with the handling and responsiveness. We worked out a deal (Tow Package included) and feel like we got the better side of the deal. The day we piucked up the car Andrei walked us through all the features filled up the car and made absolutely sure that we were happy and that the car was in showroom condition, even to the point of sending it back to the shop for a power polish. I would recommend him to my family and friends. More
