We usually go over the work order with you before you sign off on it and also explain the work done when you are picking up the vehicle. It seems that this process was not performed during your visit and for that we apologize. We will speak with our staff regarding this. Additionally we would be happy to update your service book, please bring it in with you at the time of service and we can take care of that or if you would prefer to stop in sooner than your next appointment please do so, otherwise we will update your book at your vehicles next maintenance for both dates.
