In 2014 we purchased a Toyota Highlander and were very, very pleased with it. However, as circumstances changed for us, we felt we needed a smaller vehicle. We picked up a RAV4 booklet when we took the Highlander in for service. While waiting for our Highlander, Laurie Shong took me out for a test drive in the 2017 RAV4 Limited. We were most impressed with the vehicle, as Laurie explained its many features. Long story short - we purchased a new RAV4 while waiting for the service. Once the weather gets better I'll be back in to see Laurie who has on several occasions invited me back so I'm perfectly sure how to operate my lovely new car. More

Second opinion sought re diagnosis by independent My car was said to have a rear differential problem by an independent garage and I asked west coast Toyota for an assessment. They repeatedly checked My car was said to have a rear differential problem by an independent garage and I asked west coast Toyota for an assessment. They repeatedly checked it for a problem and did not find any such problems but told me to come back if I noted anything amiss such as an abnormal noise. They also did two recall items. It was convenient for me that I could book a courtesy car as well. This all gave me peace of mind and saved me 1800$ that was quoted by the independent garage. More
