Great purchasing experience Went in to West Coast Toyota just to check out a couple of Toyota vehicles I was interested in to compare with other manufacturers. Met by Mark Ferna Went in to West Coast Toyota just to check out a couple of Toyota vehicles I was interested in to compare with other manufacturers. Met by Mark Fernandez who was first rate all the way along, and in the end we did in fact purchase a Toyota vehicle from Mark. The experience was great, would definitely recommend checking them out if you're looking for a Toyota. If you do go there, ask for Mark. More

They take care of you It's easy to book an appointment on line and someone always gets back to you in a timely manner to let you know whether you've been booked or need to It's easy to book an appointment on line and someone always gets back to you in a timely manner to let you know whether you've been booked or need to be moved to a different time. The staff are always friendly at the service desk and they let you know what is being done and let you know ahead of time what could be coming up for service. They are functioning very well considering that the building has been under heavy construction for the last two years! More

WestCoast Toyota is the only place I service my Rav I purchased my Rav Toyota 2010 from WestCoast Toyota and haven't had any significant costs until now. Janette was sympathetic to the amount of the bil I purchased my Rav Toyota 2010 from WestCoast Toyota and haven't had any significant costs until now. Janette was sympathetic to the amount of the bill but in no way pressured me in my decisions concerning what service would be done. She also reminded me about my Advantage points which nicely reduced my bill. WestCoast Toyota does all my service from the time of purchase to now.. More

Great salesman, no pressure, just a good deal and a good assessment of what would work for me. Everyone I dealt with was genuinely kind and pleasant, and made it very easy to purchase my car. I wanted it delivered with snow tires and Mark my salesman coordinated all of that with no problem. They even added the tires to my financing which was amazing. I didn't have to do much except show up. Great experience. Very confident in them and will continue to choose them for servicing and 100% reccomend them. More

A small fix-up job done with a big heart. I had a small but worrisome problem with my 2009 Toyota Corolla - the trunk lid would not close, and as this means the light stays on there was a g I had a small but worrisome problem with my 2009 Toyota Corolla - the trunk lid would not close, and as this means the light stays on there was a good chance of a dead battery overnight. I had to drive to the airport the next day. Not only did the Service staff fit me in on an already busy day, but did it with good humour and grace so that I did not feel like a guilty nuisance. The work was quickly done, an extremely reasonable small fee was charged and I went home relieved and happy. Kudos to all the staff in the Service Dep't, with special thanks to Jeannette and her always ready smile and reassurance. More
