Hi, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience online. We have attempted to make contact however, you have yet to respond to our attempts. We have your lug nuts and are waiting for an exhaust. Unfortunately, we were unaware that when you made the request to keep your old exhaust it had been already destroyed by the company who did the replacement job. They cut up and recycle the old parts as they have no further use for them. We are working with the company on getting you a replacement exhaust which we are hoping to receive soon. I have received zero responses or emails regarding the lug nuts so I'm not sure what you are referring to. As far as the pipes go, all I wanted was an answer what was going on with them. A month and a half and I still had no idea. All someone had to say was "you know what Mr Webb, they lost them/destroyed them, we are sorry". At least I would have known. The person that was going to purchase my factory pipes went elsewhere and I have already sold my old tires hence I don't need the lug nuts anymore. Like I said in my previous email, I do not want anything or expect anything from you guys. Regards, Craig and Tracy
