I am incredibally indecisive and needed to leave and come back to the dealership everyday to make sure I was making the right decision purchasing my very first vehicle. Alan never made me feel rushed and made sure that I was only shopping in my price range - not tying to upsell me! After I purchased my Jeep, Alan checked in to make sure I was happy with my purchase. His service was so amazing that my fiance and I purchased a second vehicle from Alan! We are forever customers with Jeep and only with Alan!! More

Best sales and customer service I have ever experienced. I am 75 years of age and over that period of time I have never experienced such great service in product knowledge, sales approach (ie no pressure) an I am 75 years of age and over that period of time I have never experienced such great service in product knowledge, sales approach (ie no pressure) and follow up customer service; as , I did with John, Ron, Cheryl, and Carl at Waverley Dodge. I purchased a factory order Ram Classic Express with a few options. Being a sales manager, in my past, John under promised and over performed by getting my truck to the dealership in less time than I expected. Ron, went over and beyond the call of duty in product knowledge and great customer service. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle. Thanks a lot. More

CAN'T EVEN REINSTALL PANEL PROPERLY!!! I purchased my Dodge journey brand new 4 years ago from this dealership.I paid more for an extended warranty but last month the rear wiper malfunction I purchased my Dodge journey brand new 4 years ago from this dealership.I paid more for an extended warranty but last month the rear wiper malfunctioned and it needs to be replaced.I took it to them and the wiper was replace.When i got back home I opened the back and I saw 2 cracks on the vinyl panel and it had gaps on both sides like it was not reinstalled properly.I called CARL LUNDGREN the advisor about it and he told me that it would be an easy fix for they have been in businesss for decades and told me to come back when the weather is nicer.So last monday I took it to them and the next day I picked it up and i decided to have a quick look at the handiwork.The cracks were gone but the panel was still not flushed.it has an inch gap.Still the same! So I came back in and told CARL ,his response to me is this" I CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT COZ IT'S JUST PLASTIC!" What?How STUPID is that!!I decided not to argue for they already had enough of my time wasted!Dodge did not build it that way!I believe in the Dodge brand.I worked very hard for my car,I love it and really take care of it.THE QUALITY OF THE WORK IS VERY POOR AND IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!ZERO STARS! DONT EVER,EVER SET YOUR FOOT ON THIS DEALERSHIP! More
after care once you purhcased your vehicle So I purchased my 2017 Challenger RT on Feb 8/19 and traded in my Nissan. I had the dealership install an aftermarket exhaust system. The day I pick So I purchased my 2017 Challenger RT on Feb 8/19 and traded in my Nissan. I had the dealership install an aftermarket exhaust system. The day I picked up the Challenger I was promised they would send the stock pipes and lug nuts out to me. It's been a month and a half and I don't have a clue what is going on with the pipes, lug nuts or the receipt that I requested. I have sent weekly emails to Yadi and an email to Manager Rogers. I gave up on them. Thanks Waverley for another crappy car dealership experience! More
