Worst Customer Service Experience Ever I normally get my 2013 Dodge Avenger serviced at Winnipeg Dodge. I'm going on a road trip in less than a week when the check engine light came on, and I normally get my 2013 Dodge Avenger serviced at Winnipeg Dodge. I'm going on a road trip in less than a week when the check engine light came on, and Winnipeg Dodge wasn't able to get my car in the same day. I contacted Waverley Dodge, and began what was one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. The car had been serviced approx. 3 weeks earlier under warranty, where the oxygen sensor had to be replaced. Waverley Dodge took the car for the day and came to the conclusion that rats/mice had chewed through the sensor wires, and that it had to be replaced at a cost of about $400. If we chose not to repair it, we still had to pay an approx. $125 diagnostic fee. When we explained that the car was still under warranty and the part had JUST been replaced with a new one, and that it seemed unlikely that mice had chewed through the wire, they didn't care. In fact they refused to even consider submitting the repair under warranty, even when we offered to sign an agreement stating that we would pay if the warranty repair was denied. My partner was called a liar by the person he was speaking on the phone with. We showed the pictures they sent us to the service manager at our regular dealership, who seemed to agree that it wasn't conclusively chewed through - it was more likely to be chafing of some sort, covered under warranty. When we called back, and spoke to the owner, he was unprofessional during the telephone call, and didn't seem to care about the level of customer service we had received. In the end, we were forced to pay the $125 diagnostic fee just to get our car back, along with finding a way to get to the dealership in the first place (they were unwilling to send the courtesy shuttle to pick us up). All in all, I was extremely taken aback by the lack of customer service, and I will NEVER go to Waverley Dodge again. They certainly are a disservice to the dodge brand. More

We are both extremely busy executives and want to do as much as possible by phone, email or text before we come in and get the details signed off. Ed handled this masterfully and had his colleagues ready to help us when we arrived. We made our final decisions and were dealt with efficiently and with great transparency through the entire process. We are very satisfied and had none of those feelings after the purchase of buyer's remorse because I felt totally confident and under no pressure through the entire decision making process. The new vehicles are exactly what we needed and we got a very good deal. More

Brought my mother in last week to look at a new Grand Cherokee Overland. Salesman (Chris) did not have any answers to the questions we had, nor did he seem to understand the functions of a lot of the instrumentation. Upon bringing in our other vehicles for trade-in assessment, no disclosure would be given as to the trade-in values we would receive for the vehicles until we agreed to purchase a new vehicle from them. Also, no information would be disclosed as to extended warranty options and costs for the new Cherokee. Overall, very disappointed with this service and will now be looking for another dealership to service my vehicle at. FYI: went across to Dan Murrays and had an overwhelmingly wonderful experience dealing with a salesman named Jamie Erb. Wound up purchasing a brand new Cadillac SRX Performance package and feel like customer service was phenomenal. Daimler Chrysler may be the next federal bailout if they continue with these secretive non-disclosure sales tactics. More

I had the pleasure of dealing with all levels of staff from sales person directly up to the Vice President. Each person left you feeling valued and truly appreciated as a customer. They listened to your needs, answered your questions directly and ensured the "right" vehicle was made available to you. In the end and without hesitation I purchased a factory ordered 2016 Ram. Since that purchase I have had the pleasure of dealing with the dealership's Parts Department for some after market accessories. I immediately found the Parts staff to be just as helpful and courteous as the Sales group. In short this entire experience has been a pleasure. My new truck has been everything I wanted and the dealership said it would be. Without hesitation I would recommend this dealership as your Dodge destination dealership. Ken S Ile des chenes, Mb More

Also, not allowed to drive off the lot, for insurance purposes.even though sales person in car. Was told I had to sign a purchase agreement to find out the price of the vehicle. If I didn't sign, the salesman was not going to speak with the sales manager. Then approached by a big fellow from Chrysler at the door, for god only knows what reason. Bottom line, I felt abused by this dealership, and would never purchase from them. They should be ashamed. More

He was honest and forthcoming and was able to answer all my questions. In the end, I bought a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and I LOVE it! Edgardo make the experience an enjoyable one. They did not even replace my burnt out turn signal and on their peace of mind inspection, everything was green, yet they did not do the road test (my odometer was only 1 km more than when I brought it in). They also quoted me a price of $1700 for the work done, yet the bill was well over $2100. The person at the desk was more interested in talking to the guys in the next area than taking my payment as well. Overall the whole experience other than my service writer Marcus sucked. I was also told by a gentleman that over heard the whole thing that the exact same thing happened to him on the same repair, a $400 difference in quote and actual. I would not recommend going here for any reason. By the way, I gave 1 star for quality of work and price only because I could not give a 0. More
