Poor service - warranty not honoured I recently brought my 1.5 yr old car in for what appears to be a defect. The casing around the heater vent was peeling for no apparent reason. I was told that my warranty would not be honoured as it looked like it was burnt. There is no way anything could sit on that surface or be attached to that service, and is quite obviously a defect. I do not recommend this dealership as they will only honour the basics of a warranty, and have proven that their customers do NOT come first. Last FORD I will ever buy as a result. More

Noise car ! So , when I use the escape I noticed lots of wind noise , first I thought it was windy outside , than I paid my attention for over a few weeks , nothing change does matter which weather conditions, it still make noise at all . I told with the dealership about this issue, they told me to contacted with service department, I did . The service department told me I have to pay 130 and plus for hour than they can to check it what is wrong . At that point, it was unacceptable and I refused . They offer customer satisfaction 100% , where this number came from ? I still drive my wind noise 2014 escape . More

Received a call at 4:00 stating that it would not get in and could I pick it up and bring it back the next day. Trouble is, this is the 3rd time they have done this and will be the last. I will not be taking it back nor will I buy a Ford again. Apparently it means nothing when you buy a $55,000.00 truck from these people. More

Gave your credit card ,you will be the king ! Recommendation to all my friends , in my life time would not be the chance ! Have dealt with Waterloo for many years (20+ years. They are honest and trustworthy. No or high pressure sales pitch to deal with. Service is very good as well although sometimes hard to get a booking as are honest and trustworthy. No or high pressure sales pitch to deal with.
