Horrible, horrible, horrible experience! Upon discussing add-on packages with Sully in finance, I said I wanted to take the vehicle to a third-party detail shop to have ceramic coating and u Upon discussing add-on packages with Sully in finance, I said I wanted to take the vehicle to a third-party detail shop to have ceramic coating and under-coating. I was told they work with said detail shop and would get me a better price and let me know. I had no reason to believe the vehicle was not going to the third-party shop I specified during signing paperwork. I had to fight to get a loaner while the truck was in the shop. I bought 2024 trade-in GMC Sierra 1500 Denali, and yet they gave me a Subaru RVR that was filthy inside. There was even a leftover McDonald's bag of garbage in the back seat and a used saucy napkin shoved in between the seat and the door! No vehicle walk around either, nothing. After picking it up after the service, I found out days later the truck was done in-house! I was charged $2499 for the ceramic, which just so happens to be exactly the same price as the top package of the third-party detail shop. It is a vastly inferior product they applied. I was charged $799 for the under spray, which is very patchy and thin. Very shady and dishonest! I have been fighting to get reimbursed for the work I did not agree to for a month now, and they refuse to make their mistake right. The best they said they can do is offer only half the cost back because they already did the work. That is completely unacceptable! I'm not sure how anyone can leave a positive review of this place, based on the appalling level of service I've received from these swindlers. AVOID WATERLOO FORD AT ALL COSTS! More

Brandon and Orlando sourced me a truck from another dealer, had it brought in and were excellent to work with. They were always easy to get a hold of and fast to reply whenever I had any questions or c dealer, had it brought in and were excellent to work with. The worst dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle with in the last 50 years. Sales Mgr does not coordinate with Salesman regarding pricing & trade in value. Duplicate Emails had to be sent to sales mgr & salesman...When the deal was made it took 9 hours to get a Bill of sale after sending it back 3 times for corrections ie incorrect purchasers, incorrect address, incorrect date and deposit amount not specified. When I arrived to take delivery of the vehicle it was only then that I was notified that I needed a bank draft.....nobody mentioned this before and after driving 2hrs I was ready to cancel the deal....the salesman did take me to the bank to obtain a bank draft but....I could have done this 2 days before had I been informed that a cheque is no good. More
