We went to Metro West Volvo because of a spurious service quotation experienece at another Volvo dealership. Metro West Volvo service was excellent and there was no financial hanky panky. There was no playing silly games during the purchase of the new car; no hidden costs with creative labels; Just clear, straightforward, honest figures and no obfuscation! There are sharks out there in the "post-Covid" world! It is good to have a dealership like Metro West that you can trust. More

This dealership cannot be trusted. We bought a Volvo C40 Recharge from them. An all electric vehicle which they claimed had a range of 360 km. When the actual range, on a fully charged battery in optimal conditions, turned out to be 225 km., their response was "the reported mileage is about what I would estimate" and "your vehicle is functioning as it should." If they know that the actual range is about 60% of what they are advertising, they should say so when doing the sales pitch. More

Absolutely top tier customer service from everyone we dealt with at Volvo Metro West when buying our XC90! She knew every detail about the car like the back of her hand, was so kind and friendly, truly listened to our needs and was extremely reasonable. It felt like she was on our team the whole time. I would echo similar sentiments about the manager Shaun. Even the work that the detailer did on the car was impeccable, exceeding what we had seen at other dealerships. I’ve purchased many new cars over the years, and Metrowest Volvo is by far the worst I’ve dealt with. She described the Volvo App as a very capable tool, however 10 months after delivery of the vehicle, the App still doesn’t offer the functions she said were available.
