From the beginning of the cost negotiation process all the way through delivery of the vehicle, he not only answered all of my questions, but also proactively made suggestions and offered information that made this the best car buying/leasing experience I have every had. That experience spans 14 new vehicles over the years from Suzuki, Honda, Nissan, VW, Acura, BMW, Audi, and Mercedes Benz. I would, and will, recommend Andrew Tran to anyone considering a new vehicle built by Volvo or by any of its high end competitors. More
My 3rd car from Pat My wife and I bought our first Volvo at 2016 from Pat (XC60). On 2018, my 12 year Honda retired and we got the S60 from him as well. We visited Volvo Unionville to return the car and looked for a new car. Yes, again, from Pat. Under this special COVID-19 situation, Pat showed us each options with his knowledge, patience and professional suggestions. We selected the 2020 XC60 Momentum as our new car. Pat is nice as always. Thank you Pat! Carson helped us on the day we picked up the car. He showed us how to use each functions in the new car (option by option/button by button), especially the new functions added to the new model. We had a very good experience at Volvo Unionville! More

Jimmy and Volvo of Unionville made this as comfortable as it could, Quick response on email's provided the carfax and other questions before i made the decision to go from Hamilton to Markham. When i booked my test drive and showed up everyone was respecting Social distancing protocol, wearing mask etc. test drive was done in safe manner every was great. Not much room to negotiate but that was fair since the price on my purchased V60 CC was extremely competitive. Financing was easier and picking up the car a week later was done once again in a safe manner So over all everything was great, wouldn't hesitate to recommend Volvo of Unionville any day More

Please see the previous maintenance report on March 19-2020. I am not sure why you lied here and mislead the public. Question: You are a customer, you have been doing every maintenance with your dealer since you purchased the car and always agreed on the recommended fix. But suddenly, your car's spring is broke within a month from your last full maintenance. You got charged with full price to fix everything. Does that sounds right to you? Original comment: My parents just did the maintenance for their car one month ago. Everything is perfect in the final report. However, when they drove the car out of the driveway, the front tire was flattened immediately. It cost my parents $250 to send the car back to the dealer. The dealer’s agent told them it is because of the failure of spring. Therefore, two front tires and spring need to be replaced. The dealer refused to admit that they missed the inspection at the last maintenance within a month. My parents were questioning about the timing of the incident. Because of the pandemic, they rarely used the car since the regular full maintenance was done. The dealer agents got angry and threatened to keep the car if not paying in full amount. My parents are over 65s. They has been doing Every single maintenance at this location since they bought the car there. I am sure this is not the first time they are duped! More
