I bought a used Volvo from them and after a month and a half of ownership the check engine light came on. I had to have to PCV system replaced, which I did at V-Garage, Volvo specialists. The engine filter half of ownership the check engine light came on. I had to have to PCV system replaced, which I did at V-Garage, Volvo specialists. The engine filter and coolant were also replaced as needed. I was very upset that these had to be replaced so soon after purchasing from the dealership- an actual Volvo dealership, and I left a negative review. However, since doing so, Carson, the Manager at Volvo of Unionville, reached out and made everything right. He made sure that I was a satisfied customer. I was impressed at the speed with which he addressed my concerns and issues and I can now recommend them highly for their cars and service. Thank you Carson, and Volvo of Unionville, for addressing my issues speedily and with professionalism. Best, Konrad More

Lester is patient, informative, helpful and customer oriented. My family is very happy with the XC-40 as recommended by him. The leasing package is tailor-made to meet our family’s needs and budget. He has provided professional advice to us for our consideration. The day we received the car from the site was snowing heavily. Rachel walked through all the options and features of the car with us clearly. My family has just moved to Toronto not long ago and I am a new driver. It was already 8 pm after Rachel’s demonstration. Lester kindly volunteered to lead us the way back home and answered all further questions we had about the car in detail.
