Village retains a high standard and knowledgeable staff, with many and I mean many years of experience in both their service and parts departments. I currently own two JEEP Wranglers and the quality of service they provide is next to non, outstanding. Village service and parts teams treat you like family, so customers should give them a chance and get to know them. There isn't a question on service or part that they can't answer or help you with. A Great Dealership We bought a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan used 30240 kms. We worked with Bill Tzagadouris and he was excellent to work with. Like any dealership there was We bought a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan used 30240 kms. We worked with Bill Tzagadouris and he was excellent to work with. Like any dealership there was a lot of back and forth but got to work with figures that we and the dealership were comfortable with. They took off the mud flaps on old Caravan and placed on the new Caravan, no charge. The only thing I was really disappointed in was the left front rim had a big gouge on it and I don’t know how I missed this. I did and not much will be done now. It’s my fault not the dealership. The only think I can say is I’m fussy and I was pissed. The van was spotless ( other then the rim) when we picked it up. This my 3rd Grand Caravan. Thank You. More

Worse Service I had an appointment to get my car service so I took the day off in the morning since they told me that I would have to leave my car there. By lunch I had an appointment to get my car service so I took the day off in the morning since they told me that I would have to leave my car there. By lunch time they told me that they wouldn't be able to fix my car since they didn't have the required part (the part that they had previously diagnosed and they had assured me that it was ordered). They didn't fix that part but had the audacity to charge me for the diagnose of the same part that I had come in for. They also told me that the part had to be ordered. The best part is that the original quote that they told me was now increased by another $160. Needless to say, I won't bother coming back here again. NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. More
