service staff disappointed i went to this dealership for fixing my jeep. these guy did not treat me well. they trying to show that they favouring to me. even i have a chrysler m i went to this dealership for fixing my jeep. these guy did not treat me well. they trying to show that they favouring to me. even i have a chrysler manufacturing warranty still valid.when i ask for the loaner car as my jeep is still under warranty. they denied for everything. They took 14 days to fix my car.the day when i picked my jeep, it went down next morning. i towed it again to the dealership. there guy did not put me as priority and they keep telling me stories about what could be the reason. I couldn’t go to work, then i took uber to everything.and when i talk to manager, he has different way to covering stuff. in short, this cold weather and on the top no genuine response. what kind of dealership do that.i was planning to upgrade my jeep but anymore.......and i never recommend any of my frnd to come to this dearershiph More

Great Service , even on a Saturday ! Had a minor problem , called Paul ( service adviser) car towed ( no start) in on a Sat at noon and back in my driveway by 4 PM, I really thought th Had a minor problem , called Paul ( service adviser) car towed ( no start) in on a Sat at noon and back in my driveway by 4 PM, I really thought that I would not get my car back till at least Mon ! No Fuss , all taken care of . Thanks to Paul & Staff for a speedy fix ! More

Would recommend the dealership. Kerri was a pleasure. However tony seemed confused and didnt give me straight forward answers to my questions. No Integrity I signed a deal, on a hybrid vehicle from June 25th. Bought the extended service plan, ordered the quick charger, basically spent $77k at Village Chr I signed a deal, on a hybrid vehicle from June 25th. Bought the extended service plan, ordered the quick charger, basically spent $77k at Village Chrysler. I have in my hand a signed bill of sale, only to find out that they are "flat lining" my deal because they don't want to be responsible for claiming the Ontario EV Rebate. I will be taking delivery of my vehicle in a week, way before the sept 10 deadline, but the dealer feels.its ok to go back on their deal and just simply cancel my sales agreement because they have a change of mind. No integrity and poor customer service. Legally, I have a signed sales agreement, and have escalated this through my legal options for contract violation, but , wanted consumers to be aware of the type of people you are dealing with at this dealership. Without integrity and honesty , why would u spend any of your hard earned money at this place. Buyers beware! More
