Mechanics and the service advisor wanted to charge me 400+ dollars just to remove the stocked stem valve cap on my tires. they said its because they will replace the stem valve as a whole for the 4 tires 400+ dollars just to remove the stocked stem valve cap on my tires. they said its because they will replace the stem valve as a whole for the 4 tires. where in fact it just took me 5 mins per tire with 2 pliers.. i dont know if they just want to make money out of it or the mechanic is just not efficient..
