very pushy staff Recently went into unique for a test drive with my girlfriend. We have been looking at jeeps and considering different options we booked a test drive Recently went into unique for a test drive with my girlfriend. We have been looking at jeeps and considering different options we booked a test drive for a two door jeep online. When we got to the dealership the first thing we said was we are only looking to test drive today not buy. the sales associate asked our price range, when we told her our limit she disregarded it and put us in a car 6000 dollars out of our price range. Honestly Leah the sales associate was a nice lady but did not listen to us about our price point or our intentions for the day. when we returned to the dealership the sales manager Nicola and Leah were already drawing up paperwork for the sale of the car out of our price range and demanding a deposit to hold the car. When we repeated that we were not going to buy the car today the sales manager Nicola yelled across the showroom "I don't understand why you wont put a deposit down you came in for a test drive you obviously want the car just put the deposit down." Leah and Nicola repeatedly said someone is coming from barrie tomorrow you better put that deposit down they were aggressive and pushy and really annoyed me. This really ade me angry as our intentions were clear and obnoxiously yelling at us to put a deposit down aross the showroom crossed a line for me. I will not spend a dime at unique chrysler we are going to buy a jeep wrangler just from anywhere but here. More
