He went out of his way to make sure that I was looked after to even arranging a rental so they could keep my vehicle to see if they could figure out the problem. It didnt take me long after discussing my need/wants in a vehicle I had the numbers crunched between Deanna and Paul.They gave me a more than fair trade in value for my car which made me extremely happy! This time because I needed to downsize my vehicle due to work location and again, Deanna was very helpful and knowledgeable. She listened to what I needed, the type of vehicle I was looking at and was able to assist me in purchasing my new Jeep Cherokee Ltd. A few glitches when trying to obtain the color I wanted though. I had to initiate the contact when after a few days I had not heard back. In the end, I got exactly what I was looking for just a different color and I was very happy overall with my experience and would certainly go back to see Deanna again and would refer her to friends & family. Good experience but a few minor issues The sales rep I dealt with was great. Took me out on a test drive the first day but sales manager was a bit too pushy to get a down payment. Eventually ordered the vehicle that I wanted via a dealer trade but wasn't exactly what was in the original specs. Wheel locks also weren't installed and had to make a return trip to get them installed. Other than that was a good experience. Would go back as everyone was quite friendly even with the minor issues. They didn’t have the Blue in stock, Steve found one in less then an hour he called saying he’ll get it in for me. I was so happy! Mio made the paperwork seemless and painless he had a lot of patient and took the time to explain any paperwork I did not understand. Final step Leah took her time to go over all the features and all the buttons. I was surprised the van was spotless and had a full tank of gas! I had the van in 48 hours! I couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience. All the managers are fantastic very helpful. I’ve bought 6 vans from Unique and always a 5 star experience! More
